Atskleidimas

Sveikatos priežiūros ir (ar) farmacijos specialistai ir sveikatos priežiūros organizacijos (toliau – SPO), su kuriomis UAB „Servier pharma“ dirba, farmacijos pramonei teikia vertingų, nepriklausomų ir ekspertinių žinių, gautų iš jų klinikinės ir valdymo patirties. Farmacijos kompanijos, kaip turinčios mokslinių žinių ir vaistų ekspertės, gali būti unikalus informacijos šaltinis sveikatos priežiūros sistemoms ir paslaugų teikėjams, o tai galiausiai tai naudinga pacientams. 

Lygiai taip pat farmacijos pramonė bendradarbiauja su pacientų organizacijomis (toliau – PO), siekdama pasisemti iš jų žinių ir patirties apie paciento būklę, sužinoti tikrąją patirtį, kaip sekasi gyventi su nustatyta liga, kokią įtaką liga turi pacientų gyvenimui, jų šeimai, karjerai  ir kaip vaistai ir kiti gydymo būdai gali pakeisti pacientų gyvenimo kokybę ir patenkinti jų poreikius.  

Vaistų gyvavimo ciklo metu farmacijos kompanijos dirba su mokslininkais ir sveikatos priežiūros ir (ar) farmacijos specialistais. Šis bendradarbiavimas yra būtinas tenkinant paciento poreikius. Farmacijos pramonė ir sveikatos priežiūros ir (ar) farmacijos specialistai bendradarbiauja įvairiose veiklose, pradedant klinikiniais tyrimais ir baigiant geriausios klinikinės praktikos dalijimusi, keičiantis informacija apie tai, kaip nauji vaistai tinka pacientams.  

Europos farmacijos pramonės ir asociacijų federacijos (toliau – EFPIA) ir Inovatyvios farmacijos pramonės asociacijos (toliau – IFPA) vadovaujasi kodeksais ir gairėmis, siekdamos užtikrinti, kad jų narių sąveika su sveikatos priežiūros ir (ar) farmacijos specialistais, SPO ir PO atitiktų aukštus skaidrumo standartus.  

Informuojame, kad nuo 2020 m. perleistų verčių sveikatos priežiūros ir (ar) farmacijos specialistams, SPO, juridiniams asmenims, atstovaujantiems sveikatos priežiūros ir (ar) farmacijos specialistų ar asmens sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų interesams atskleidimas Valstybinei vaistų kontrolės tarnybai vykdomas vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos farmacijos įstatymo 51¹ straipsniu. Ataskaitas apie praėjusiais metais su moksliniais tyrimais ir plėtra perleistas vertes bei PO perleistas vertes UAB „Servier pharma“ teikia kiekvienais metais šioje interneto svetainėje. Vienas ataskaitinis laikotarpis apima visus kalendorinius metus. Nuorodos į kiekvienos Bendrovės ataskaitas su moksliniais tyrimais ir plėtra perleistomis vertėmis ir PO suteiktas paramas ir paslaugas paskelbiamos www.vaistukodeksas.lt svetainėje iki birželio 30d. imtinai. 

Pažymime, kad laikantis nustatytos tvarkos perleistos vertės „mokslinių tyrimų ir plėtros“ srityje visada bus pranešamos apibendrintai.  

Norime užtikrinti, kad UAB „Servier pharma“ įgyvendina tinkamas technines ir organizacines priemones perleistų verčių duomenims apsaugoti, atsižvelgdama į naujausius pasiekimus, įgyvendinimo išlaidas ir tvarkymo pobūdį, apimtį, kontekstą ir tikslus.

Healthcare and / or pharmaceutical professionals and healthcare organizations (HCOs) with whom UAB “Servier Pharma” works provide the pharmaceutical industry with valuable, independent and expert knowledge derived from their clinical and management experience. As owners of scientific knowledge and experts in medicinal products, pharmaceutical companies can be a unique resource to the healthcare systems and providers, which will ultimately benefit the patients.   

In the same way, the pharmaceutical industry works with Patient Organizations (POs) to learn from their knowledge and experience of patient’s condition that is able to provide a true picture of what it is like to live with a specific condition, how care is delivered, how that impacts on them, their careers and families and how medicines and other treatments can change their quality of life and meet their needs.  

Throughout the medicines life cycle pharmaceutical companies work with scientists and Healthcare and / or pharmaceutical professionals. These collaborations are essential in addressing patient needs. Industry and Healthcare and / or pharmaceutical professionals collaborate in a range of activities from clinical research to sharing best clinical practice and exchanging information on how new medicines fit into the patient pathway.  

EFPIA and IFPA associations have adopted codes and guidelines to ensure that the interactions of their member companies with Healthcare and / or pharmaceutical professionals, HCOs and POs meet the high standards of integrity and transparency. Building greater transparency to the relationships between pharmaceutical companies and Healthcare and / or pharmaceutical professionals /HCOs/POs aims to building understanding of the collaboration and recognition of its value to patient care. 

Please be informed that from 2020 disclosure of transferred values to Healthcare and / or pharmaceutical professionals, HCO, legal entities representing the interests of healthcare or pharmaceutical specialists or personal healthcare institutions shall be disclosed to the State Medicines Control Agency in accordance with Article 51¹ of Law on Pharmacy of the Republic of Lithuania. This information is published on the website of the State Medicines Control Council at https://www.vvkt.lt/index.php?2031329507.  

UAB “Servier pharma” provides reports on the values transferred last year with research and development and the values transferred after PO every year on this website. One reporting period covers the entire calendar year. References to the reports of each Company with the values transferred for research and development and the support and services provided by PO are published on this website and www.vaistukodeksas.lt by 30 June inclusive. 

We note that, in accordance with the established procedure, the values transferred in the field of “research and development” will always be reported in aggregate form. 

We want to ensure that UAB “Servier pharma” implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the transferred data, taking into account the latest achievements, implementation costs and the nature, scope, context and objectives of the processing. 

This publication has been prepared in accordance with the Lithuanian methodological note and the requirements of the IFPA Code and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the disclosure of transferred values. The interactions listed in this document include all transfers of values made by all companies of the Servier Group, locally or from foreign countries.
